This sunny, quiet property in the midst of nature lies in southern Portugal just 20 minutes away from the beautiful sand-beaches of the Algarvian coast.

There’s several terraces with fruit trees on them, a well which has water all year around and a small natural stone cabin which gives the property a special charme.

The plot is being selled by a German family who have lived on site with their children a few years ago. Now it’s being sold as they’re not around anymore

The natural stone house has a footprint of approx. 15 m2. The walls are mostly intact, the roof has to be rebuilt.

From that sunny spot there are nice views over the entire surroundings.

In the lower part of the property there’s a well with lots of water throughout the year.
In terms of fruit trees there is oranges, figs, grapes, peaches, nesperas and olives. Furthermore there are carob trees, cork oaks, medronhos, etc.

The property is accessible through a good natural road by any normal car. The driveway / ramp which leads up to the platform is quite steep and we’d recommend to pave it entirely or partially to facilitate the access.

Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo is the closest town and is reachable within about 5 minutes. To Tavira it’s about 15 minutes and only 5 more minutes you get to the beautiful beaches of the area.
Approx. 30 minutes to the international airport of Faro.
