Quinta das Covas with its beautiful views and its vast potential is located in an elevated and quiet position in northern Portugal, in the village Ledo, county Vila Nova de Cerveira.

The guest house with about 36 m2 living area was built approx. in 2005 and is also completely equipped / furnished and ready to move in. There is a fireplace for heating, warm water through gas, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.The outbuilding was also built out of natural stones and merely has to get an interior renovation in order to be used as a small apartment, for example.

The property is surrounded entirely by a natural stone wall and has a size of approx. 4’400 m2. There are lots of big oaks, pines, eucalyptus trees and other kinds of trees scattered through the property.


Location and Distances

In the surroundings there’s a relatively big community of people from England, Germany, Holland, Czech Republic and other countries, which one can connect with if there’s interest.

Just down the valley there’s a river called Couro with swimming possibilities.

The cities of Viana do Castelo, Valenca or Caminha with its beautiful beaches are reachable within 45 minutes.

Porto and Braga are located approx. 1 hour away.

In the neighbouring town of Covas there’s a supermarket and several restaurants.
