Water flows year-round through the small stream, which forms the lower boundary of the property. The access to the property runs through a natural dirt road, which is generally passable with a regular car up to the property boundary. However, a vehicle with reasonable ground clearance is recommended, as some sections of the road can be uneven.
The final stretch from the boundary down to the stream is very steep and requires a four-wheel-drive vehicle. Alternatively, there is the possibility of opening a new and less steep access road.

The town of Oleiros, offering essential infrastructure and amenities, is approximately 20 minutes away.
