Quintinha da Amieira is an exceptionally idyllic streamside property, situated in a peaceful and sunny location surrounded by nature.
A natural stone ruin with a solid structure, fertile terraced fields, and a stream that carries water year-round are just some of the features that make this charming property stand out.
The yoga retreat “Vale de Moses” is located nearby.
The property consists of two adjacent plots, both bordering the stream.
The two-storey natural stone ruin is in good structural condition, with solid masonry walls. The building has not yet been officially registered, although this can be completed at any time, and we would be happy to assist with the process. The footprint measures approximately 30 m².
The land consists of several flat areas along the stream, as well as a large and relatively steep woodland section. Water flows year-round through the small stream, which forms the lower boundary of the property. In addition to the stream, there is a private spring providing wonderfully fresh drinking water throughout the year.
A beautiful waterfall along the hiking route known as the Moses Valley Trail is located nearby.

The access to the property runs through a natural dirt road, which is generally passable with a regular car up to the property boundary. However, a vehicle with reasonable ground clearance is recommended, as some sections of the road can be uneven.
The final stretch from the boundary down to the stream is very steep and requires a four-wheel-drive vehicle. Alternatively, there is the possibility of opening a new and less steep access road.
The town of Oleiros, offering essential infrastructure and amenities, is approximately 20 minutes away.
Approximately 2.5 hours to the international airport of Porto.
Approximately 2 hours and 50 minutes to Lisbon.
