The property consists of two separate plots, which are being sold together. They are located approx. 70 metres up/down-stream from eachother.
Both properties have a natural stone ruin, which are not (yet) registered. After completing the paperwork, they can be rebuilt according to local regulations. We are happy to assist the future owners in this process.

The properties consist of forest areas and terraces along the creek. The larger property has an access road leading all the way down to the stream, while the smaller property is accessible up to the ruin.

The stream makes its way through the properties in a curvy, idyllic fashion. Within normal climatic circumstances, it carries water throughout the year.
