Large, idyllic estate in beautiful surroundings, very sunny location, completely quiet, with drinking water from 2 wells and river-side location.
The Quinta can be used as a permanent residency, secondary home, as a self-sufficient permaculture project, for camping / glamping and also for livestock farming.
The river can become partially dry during the hot Summer months, yet is home to a quite rare and diverse flora, with – among other things- water turtles.
The Quinta is divided into 2 properties (67’000 m2 and 20’000 m2), in about 150 m distance to each other, both bordering the river.
The 70-cm thick natural stone walls from the house are in good condition, the roof truss and the floor structure was rebuilt with Austrian mountain larch a few years ago.
The house is registered as a residential building and can therefore be legally used as a residence.
The property consists of many bigger and smaller cultivation / pasture areas, with a few olive & fig trees as well as mixed forest and bush-land areas.
